Patty was born and raised in central New Jersey, where she sold residential real estate for several years before starting a family and relocating to Massachusetts. She continued to sell residential real estate and also did independent appraisals for local banks and mortgage companies.
Patty then went on to practice as a registered nurse while raising three children, working as a psychiatric RN in a state hospital and then a community hospital. She later became a clinical director in Boston for a Medicaid care management statewide program before moving to Florida, and switching back to a real estate career in the Venice area.
She first discovered Venice, FL in 2007 as a “snowbird” and with her husband David has bought and sold three homes in the Venice area, now settling in the golf community of Sarasota National and now only returns to MA for select holidays and summer vacations. While up north, Patty enjoys spending time in Newburyport, MA on the North Shore and Falmouth, MA on Cape Cod, loves to reunite with friends and family for lobster bakes, beaching and boating, and excursions into Boston for great seafood restaurants!
Married for 47 years, she has three adult children and four grandchildren – enjoys spending time with family, friends, playing golf, going to Manasota beach to relax and search for sharks teeth with grandkids, furniture refinishing, mah jonng and Bunco nights with the “girls.” Patty also serves as an elected Board Member for her Sarasota National Home Owners Association, volunteering for church and health-oriented charity events.
Her motto for working with customers and clients as a realtor is “competence and care for EVERY transaction” – whether it is orienting walk-ins to the attractions of living in Venice, listing a home or condo for seller clients, working with novice or seasoned buyers looking for that one property that checks all their boxes or simply sharing information and resources to friends and neighbors who want to know more about the current real estate activity in the Venice community, Patty is there for you.
