Moving from N. Easton, MA to North Port, FL in 1985 was not easy for me, but living in this tropical climate/paradise helped me to adjust! I graduated from Venice High School in 1988 then I went on to fulfill a lifelong dream and became the Owner/Artistic Director of Cherie’s Dance Studio, teaching all types of dance to all age groups. I then joined my mother, Lucille Mitton, as her assistant in real estate in 1997 and joined CENTURY 21 in 1999. As life will have it, we have traveled full circle. She is now happily enjoying retirement and occasionally assists me as an unlicensed assistant (but with 28 years of local experience) and I am growing every day as the Managing Broker of CENTURY 21 Schmidt Real Estate. I am the proud parent of an adult son. I am referred to often as a “people person”, which is why I guess I love doing real estate! My main goals in life have always been to do my very best in whatever I choose to do, to always help people however I can, to be honest and fair with myself and others and to smile and laugh as much as possible! Whether you are searching for your dream home, are looking to downsize or anything in between, I am committed to assisting you every step of the way. Please give me the opportunity to prove my dedication, knowledge and experience with your next real estate transaction. I promise to give you 121%!
