Brendan fell in love with Venice during his first trip to the area in 2007 and has dreamt of living and working in this paradise ever since. To him, it combines all the quaint coastal-living elements of his hometown of Newburyport, MA with year-round sunshine, unrivaled golf and beach access, Spring Training, and most importantly, unique real estate investment opportunities. Now that he calls Venice and Sarasota National his home, Brendan’s vision is to forge strong relationships with his clients and create seamless buying and selling experiences.
Being from the Northeast, going to school in the Mid-Atlantic, and working for the Tampa Bay Lightning the last four years, his professional and personal network is extensive and has afforded the near-scratch golfer the opportunity to play many of the top golf courses in the country and volunteer at the Masters. To him though, the best golf in the world is right here in the greater Venice area and along the Gulf Coast and should be at the top of any golfer’s list of places to visit and reside. In addition to his passion for golf, Brendan enjoys spending time with family and friends, researching and analyzing real estate and investment trends, and following his Boston and Tampa sports teams.
